Ordering Times  

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day or next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

International DHL orders: Orders placed before 10:30am (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day or next working day.

PLEASE NOTE – All delivery times are approximations and we cannot guarantee these time scales. If you need your order for a certain day we always recommend selecting Guaranteed next day delivery in the UK or DHL for international customers for the fastest shipping.

UK Delivery 

Guaranteed Next Day – Your order will arrive before 1pm the next working day (if order is placed before 1pm Monday-Friday) 

*Please note that if you place an order on a Friday before 1pm for next day guaranteed, it will be delivered on Monday (subject to public holidays).

Local pickups

Local pickups are only available in Sheffield, UK. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected with times and dates stated. 

Worldwide Delivery 

Royal Mail International Delivery: Approx 5-7 working days for delivery, once Lash Legacy have processed your order.

PLEASE NOTE – It is advised you check with DHL direct to make sure that they can ship direct to your location and do not pass to a Third Party courier, this can affect timescales for remote areas.

CUSTOMS CHARGES & ADDITIONAL FEES – We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

*FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS* Please be aware that we cannot check the policies/licences needed for every location we ship to, therefore it is the buyers responsibility to check with the receiving country what is allowed (content and amount) to be imported and accepted into the desired country/state. In addition to this, the content and amount allowed in a shipment will differ for personal or business use, this website is to be used for and by professionals only with a business ID.

Lash Legacy Delivery Policy

Lash Legacy are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We will send a confirmation to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, your chosen courier will have the most current information regarding your package. After it has left our premises, we are not liable for your package.

If your items are being shipped to a business, please include the name of the business as well as the name of the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information. Lash Legacy will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the chosen courier. 

Lash Legacy Return Policy

If in the unlikely event you have received a faulty product or if you are dissatisfied with an item and would like a return or exchange, please notify us by email at within 14 days of receiving your order.

We offer refunds and exchanges on items that are sealed and unused. 

If a delivery has been damaged in transit, is faulty, missing products or you have received the wrong products in error, please email us You will need to contact us within 14 days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund along with the return of the faulty item by second class post.

For items such as adhesive, they must first be returned for testing before any refund is made. If the product is deemed to be faulty, a full refund will be processed. In such cases, we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.

If the product is deemed “good”, you can choose to have the product returned to you. Please be aware that testing a product’s quality and receiving the results is often a 2-3 week process. If you are not available to receive your order and it is returned to us, your payment will be refunded minus any shipping charges already paid and any costs incurred in returning the package to us.

In the occasion where an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via email with the option of exchanging these items or receiving a refund. The email we contact you on will be the one linked to your Lash Legacy account. If we do not get a reply within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise in the email) then a refund will be automatically processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for this refund to show in your account.

Cancellation of Orders

 Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas and Black Friday, orders are normally dispatched to you on the same working day of receipt by us. Once your order is placed, we begin the picking, packing, and dispatching of your order immediately. This means that once you have clicked to place your order, you cannot cancel, make changes or add any extra items.

If you change your mind you can still cancel AFTER your order has been sent or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:

When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling-off period” of 14 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Lash Legacy. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us, even if the products were sent in error.

To return an item, please include a note of your name and order number. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting). There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods or for the original shipping fee paid from the order that is being returned. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return the items to the address at the bottom of the page. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. 

If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us, we will not refund for shipping and also, the cost incurred to us for the courier returning the goods will be deducted from any refunds. If the goods are to be sent out again a shipping charge will apply.

Regulations state for orders over £42 Customers have:

14 days after item received to cancel.

14 days to return after notifying desire to cancel

14 days to receive refund after item received by seller

30 days to notify non-receipt of delivery

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
